Cell Imaging Multi-Mode Readers

Cytation 7 Cell Imaging Multi-Mode Reader

BioTek Cytation 7 cell imaging multimode reader combines automated digital upright and inverted widefield microscopy with conventional multimode microplate reading. Cytation 7 includes continually variable bandpass monochromators for versatility and performance for general multimode plate reader applications. The inverted microscopy module provides sample visualization and the upright microscopy module with reflected light imaging enables even more applications, including ELISpot and fast slide scanning. Cytation 7 is controlled by Gen5  software, which combines ease-of-use with powerful processing and analysis capabilities.

Cytation 5 combines automated microscopy and conventional microplate detection in a configurable, upgradable platform. The microscopy module offers up to 60x magnification in fluorescence, brightfield, high contrast brightfield, color brightfield, and phase contrast to address many applications and workflows. The multimode detection modules include filter- and monochromator-based fluorescence detection, luminescence, and UV-Vis absorbance detection. Gen5  software provides complete control over all imaging and data capture, plus powerful image and data analysis.

Cytation 1 Cell Imaging Multi-Mode Reader

BioTek Cytation 1 cell imaging multimode reader combines fluorescence and high contrast brightfield imaging with conventional multimode detection. This affordable imaging reader delivers performance and economy compared to other digital microscopy systems. The BioTek Cytation 1 design provides both quantitative phenotypic cellular data with well-based quantitative data. The multimode detection module has high sensitivity filter-based fluorescence and a monochromator for UV-Vis absorbance. Temperature control and shaking are standard. CO2 /O control and reagent injectors are available. Gen5 software simplifies image capture and plate reading.

Lionheart FX Automated Microscope
