Cytation™ C10 Confocal Imaging Reader

c10-image.jpg Cytation™ C10 Confocal Imaging Reader combines automated digital confocal and widefield microscopy with conventional multi-mode microplate reading in a unique, patented design. The spinning disk confocal module provides exquisite resolution and optical sectioning capabilities in a wide variety of sample types. High quality components used in the system, including a Hamamatsu scientific CMOS (sCMOS) camera, Olympus objectives and laser-based illumination enable excellent image quality, at a significantly lower price than others. Cytation C10 also includes widefield fluorescence, brightfield and phase contrast optics. Its variable bandwidth monochromator-based multi-mode plate reading is based on the proven design of the market-leading BioTek Synergy™  products. Environmental controls enable live cell assays, and Gen5™  software is specifically designed to make sample detection and image capture quick and effortless. The new 3D viewer provides users with 3D reconstruction of their thicker samples captured with the confocal microscope. Cytation C10 brings affordable confocal to every laboratory.

Cytation™ 7 Cell Imaging Multi-Mode Reader

cytation7_open_left-neutral.jpgCytation™ 7 Cell Imaging Multi-Mode Reader combines automated digital upright and inverted widefield microscopy with conventional multi-mode microplate reading in a unique, patented design. The inverted microscopy module provides sample visualization from 1.25x to 60x magnification in fluorescence, brightfield and color brightfield for a broad range of applications. The upright microscopy module with reflected light imaging enables even more applications such as ELISpot or fast slide scanning and ROI detection workflow. Cytation 7 includes continually variable bandpass monochromators for unmatched versatility and performance for general multi-mode plate reader applications. Temperature control to 45 °C, optional Peltier Cooling Module, gas control and shaking expand the applications for kinetic cell based assays. Cytation 7 is controlled by Gen5™ software, which combines ease-of-use with powerful processing and analysis capabilities.

Cytation™ 5 Cell Imaging Multi-Mode Reader

cytation5.pngCytation™ 5 combines automated digital microscopy and conventional microplate detection in a configurable, upgradable platform. The microscopy module offers up to 60x magnification in fluorescence, brightfield, high contrast brightfield, color brightfield and phase contrast for maximum applications reach.  The multi-mode detection modules include filter- and monochromator-based fluorescence  detection, luminescence and UV-Vis absorbance detection. Gen5™ software provides complete control over all imaging and data capture, plus powerful image and data analysis.

Cytation™ 1 Cell Imaging Multi-Mode Reader

cytation1_open_center-neutral.jpgCytation™ 1 Cell Imaging Multi-Mode Reader combines fluorescence and high contrast brightfield imaging with conventional multi-mode detection without the expense and complexity commonly associated with other digital microscopy systems. This unique, patented design provides both quantitative phenotypic cellular information with well-based quantitative data. Cytation 1's multi-mode detection module includes high sensitivity filter-based fluorescence and a monochromator system for UV-Vis absorbance. Temperature control and shaking are standard; CO2/O2 control and reagent injectors are available. BioTek’s powerful Gen5 software makes image capture and plate reading easy.
